Prior to working at Liberation Law Group, P.C. Ms. Beltran acquired her Realtor’s license and practiced real estate.
She also worked at a Plaintiff’s side employment firm which concentrated on wage and hour and sexual harassment claims.
While working there she volunteered at the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center in San Jose where she helped marginalized communities seeking legal consultations regarding wage and hour issues. While in Law School, Ms. Beltran interned for a Plaintiff’s side employment firm in Oakland and for the United States Department of Labor.
Ms. Beltran received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Latina/o Studies from San Francisco State University. She then graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law with a Labor and Employment Law Certificate. During law school, Ms. Beltran was awarded the ABA/Bloomberg Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law, the CALI Excellence Award in Employment Discrimination, and was the 2018 fellow for the Foundation for Advocacy Inclusion & Resources Employee Justice Summer Clerkship.
Ms. Beltran is a native of San Francisco, she enjoys exploring the city’s rich culture and its diverse restaurants, when not exploring restaurants she likes cooking. She also enjoys the outdoors such as discovering trails to hike and run in the Bay Area. Ms. Beltran is fluent in Spanish.
