Nick Aguilar enjoys mentoring individuals who have been wrongfully harmed by their employer. He focuses on various areas related to labor and employment law including individual wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment. Nick is fluent in Spanish and enjoys helping his clients understand their rights under the law.

Nick has been with Liberation Law Group, PC since March 2012. Before joining LLG, Nick worked in his home state of Florida and gained experience in the medical malpractice and personal injury legal fields. He conducted legal research and supported the litigation of numerous cases at Cochran Firm Miami.

Concurrent with earnings his JD degree, Nick dedicated his time between semesters to youth civic and legal enrichment. He participated in a workshop where small groups of children and adolescents are taught the basic principles about the United States legal system. He has also mentored a boy as part of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America.
