Ernesto Sánchez is licensed to practice law in California. Ernesto has been an attorney since 2011 and specializes in employment law matters. Before that, Ernesto worked as a communications specialist for the Partnership for Working Families, a national network of organizations that support innovative solutions to our country's economic and environmental problems. Before attending law school, Ernesto worked as a legal investigator for the California Appeal Project, a non-profit corporation established by the California State Bar as a legal resource center to implement the constitutional right to destitute people waiting to be executed.

Ernesto received a degree in Human Communications from California State University, Monterey Bay and a law degree from New College, California School of Law in San Francisco, California.

Ernesto was born and raised in Watsonville, California. Their parents emigrated from Mexico in search of better jobs and a better life for themselves and their children. Ernesto is fluent in Spanish. He loves spending time with his children, outdoors, and practices the cello when the weather permits.
