About Nick

Nick Aguilar has been an employment attorney with Liberation Law Group since March 2012 and enjoys mentoring individuals who have been wrongfully harmed by their employer. He focuses on several areas of labor and employment law, including individual wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment. Nick is fluent in Spanish and enjoys helping his clients understand their rights under the law.

Before joining Liberation Law Group, Nick worked in his home state of Florida, where he gained experience in the legal fields of medical malpractice and personal injury. He conducted legal research and supported the litigation of numerous cases at Cochran Firm Miami, one of the most recognized firms in the southeastern United States.

While earning his law degree, Nick devoted time between semesters to civic and legal enrichment for young people. He participated in workshops teaching the basic principles of the U.S. legal system to small groups of children and adolescents. He has also volunteered as a mentor through Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America, reflecting his ongoing commitment to shaping new generations.
