Daniel Iannitelli joined the Liberación Legal Group in March 2017, bringing his many years of experience in employment law and general litigation matters. Daniel represents clients in all types of litigation and pre-litigation advice, including discrimination, complaints, wage and hour claims, as well as other employment-related torts and contracts, in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
Daniel was born in Argentina and immigrated to the United States in his youth. Daniel, an immigrant in this county, understands the difficulties immigrants face in the workplace and is passionate about fighting for their equal treatment. He also speaks fluent Spanish.
Daniel received his JD cum laude in 1999 from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a tutor in the Academic Support Program and a judicial extern to the Honorable Saundra A. Brown of the Northern District of California. After law school, Daniel worked as an investigative attorney for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and later entered private practice. He obtained his undergraduate education from Arizona State University, where he graduated with degrees in Political Science and Psychology.
Daniel is admitted to the California Bar, in all federal district courts, and on appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
