Daniel Iannitelli joined Liberation Law Group, P.C. in March 2017, bringing his many years of experience in employment law matters and general litigation. Daniel represents clients in all types of litigation and pre-litigation counseling, including discrimination, whistleblower, wage and hour claims, as well as other employment-related torts and contracts, in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies.
Daniel was born Argentina and emmigrated to the United States in his youth. An immigrant to this county himself, Daniel understands the difficulties and hardships faced by immigrants in the workplace and is passionate in fighting for their equal treatment. He also speaks fluent Spanish.
Daniel received his J.D. cum laude, in 1999 from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a tutor in the Academic Support Program and was a judicial extern to the Honorable Saundra A. Brown of the Northern District of California. After law school, Daniel worked as a research attorney for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and then entered into private practice. He obtained his undergraduate education from Arizona State University, where he graduated with degrees in Political Science and Psychology.
Daniel is admitted to the State Bar of California, all federal District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court Appeal.
